I started going to the gym last year and copped a pack of cotton costco tees. After 5 months they all held onto that smell and bloomed like 30 mins into my workouts from my body heat.

it's tide detergent that does this. if its not rinsed extensively, it leaves bacteria that reacts to your skin and makes the clothes smell musty!

I started using Ariel detergent and oxy clean. It’s super fragranced but it’s stripped all of my laundry of any build up, stains & funky smells from me using “non toxic” detergents that weren’t actually cleaning my clothes 🤦🏻♀️

I’ve tried laundry sanitizer in the wash, soaking in baking soda and vinegar, oxy clean and nothing has worked for some of my best and most expensive pieces 🥺

Ik ur being bombarded with comments but I use ecos brand detergent with lavender.. smells so mild and nice and no dye. Also white vinegar 👌 no additives or softeners to coat up the inside of my washer and leave a musty smell
