Yeah I got it bad for the first time ever and went to the ER 😭 they gave me steroid injections which made it spread more and Benadryl did nothing. I took Allegra and it seems to be going down. Shapes were changing constantly

I got a rash that looked like this but the spots didn't change places, they just kept getting bigger. Terrible itching. It took a month for it to calm down. It was like hell and I never found out what caused it.

Why don't you talk about what's really happening under the surface and why histamine is released? This is strictly related to liver, liver detox pathways, nervous system and gut health (leaky gut, low acid, etc.). You can't rely only on antihistamines. Instead, it would be nice to focus on healing the underlying cause for most common cases.
