Wow, I think this is as close to a neutral red you can come, which means that ANYONE can wear this blush and look good! Same with neutral red lipsticks, the only difference with lipsticks would be that some would look better in a deeper red while others would look better in a more sheer one. Since this blush is so sheer you can probably build it pretty well on deeper skintones as well!
