Can anyone help a girl out please??? I’ve been starting out at the gym past couple of weeks. I’ve lost over 3 and a half stone and gone from 91kg to currently 67kg. My goal is around 59kg? I’ve got to the point where I need to start lifting and have introduced resistance training as I need to concentrate on my glutes and waist. The problem I’ve hit is I can’t shift the scales now, but I still need to be in a deficit (still got fat to lose and still at around 32% fat) but I need to build muscle too? I’m struggling with what calorie intake I should be having and getting conflicting advice? I workout 3 times a week and I work in a shop so on my feet most of the day and walk my dog too. I worked out if it’s right My maintenance calories are around 2000 so I’ve been having around 1500 but it’s not shifting my weight and has been stagnant for weeks now? I track everything on MyFitnessPal and I make sure I hit at least 100g protein a day? I’m just struggling with this calorie thing and now this morning it says I’ve gained 1kg 🤯🤷🏼‍♀️any advice would be greatly appreciated x
