Apply before foundation, lightly powder, then foundation. It’s old school wax base. What’s nice about it is ease of use, doesn’t enhance dry patches, cheap and full coverage. It’s forgiving for quick coverup. But it does infact need to warm up for best use.

Personally I really like this concealer pencil 😅 but there is definitely a trick that u need to do with it. I sometimes would warm it out first on the palm of my hands. Its perfect for my dehydrated oily skin for touch ups and on the go
