@ko.guevard: ⚠️ Educational training content Professional Muay Thai shin conditioning, performed safely under training standards. This painful Muay Thai training has a real purpose 😳🥋tapping the shins with a wooden stick looks brutal, but it’s a normal part of Muay Thai conditioning. Professional fighters strengthen their shins to handle repeated impact during fights. Without this training, kicks would be far more painful and injuries much more likely. This is the discipline behind one of the world’s toughest combat sports. #fyp #fypシ゚viral #viral #foryou #MuayThai #MartialArts #FighterTraining #CombatSports#ShinConditioning#FightTraining

this come with risk. yes no pain overtime. but pain is indication of something is wrong. if you dont feel pain. and you kick hard. 1 day it will just snap in 2 without any warning
