Hiii, for anyone who have tried both Handle the Heat chewy brownies (This one) and Broma Bakery Brown Butter Brownies (BBBBB), may I know which is better? sugar can be decreased by 20% without consequences. I do it all the time for sallys baking addiction recipes and cookbook recipes. anything more than 20% will definitely affect taste and texture.
