Do your other properties actually lose profit, or are they just cashflow negative? I.e. if you remove the principal portion of your mortgage payment from your expenses, are they still operating at a loss?

would love your thoughts booked on booking . com and confirmed it with them asked the host about transport links they answered said thanks for booking. Then next day cancelled but its on Airbnb same dates much higher rate as theres an event I feel really put out tbh but both are saying tuff luck 🤦♀️
