The mum is campaigning to get the battery’s made to not react with saliva, so if a child was to swallow it wouldn’t cause any serious harm, I really hope battery companies can achieve this, as they are so dangerous.

my daughter swallowed the same at 7 months I phoned hospital they said bring her in straight away was in for 5 days until she pooed it out

If a child swallows a battery, please try to give them a spoon full or 2 of honey.. this will help reduce internal damage and put a lining in the oesophagus and get to the Hospital as soon as possible !!!!
