I’ve seen people say to use avocado oil instead of olive oil or butter. It sticks more and grips more than a neutral oil.

Your pan got too hot, I always get at the right spot, turn the heat to low, remove the pan for roughly 60 seconds then add oil and put it back on the stove and cook as usual🥰

I always add water right at the end and put a top over it for a quick little steam action. Separates from the pan every single time

Just look at the egg videos on my page. I explain how to get non-stick eggs and the common bad advice. The reason your eggs stuck is because your heat is too high. Leidenfrost effect is only good for a quick scramble, not for fried eggs.

It's cause the eggs are cold I'm guessing. It's why mult eggs aren't as easy as a single egg.
