I’ve been having this for years!!!!! It’s so frustrating,I take medication for it but it only helps a little bit sometimes,makes my anxiety go through the roof!!!!

Go to an Upper Cervical Chiropractor. I had severe vertigo and he cured me after 1 visit. Haven’t had an episode since May 2025. I go for an adjustment every other month.
