@exploringholistically: What attempting to treat demodex / type 2 rosacea did for my skin… My current routine (all linked in my b i o💗) AM * Splash with water * While skins damp - @Vanicream™ Sensitive Skin Care daily facial moisturizer * 2nd layer - Vanicream daily facial moisturizer * @Earth Harbor Naturals eclipse mineral sunscreen PM (before bed) 8:00pm * @BIODERMA USA oil cleanser (thinking I need to switch cleaners, my face feels tight after using this, I’ll update when I find a new one) * While skins damp - Vanicream daily facial moisturizer * @The Ordinary azaelic acid * 1% prescription ivermectin * Vanicream daily facial moisturizer In the past few days I’ve been experimenting with the @@differin over the counter adapalene gel I got from @target, I think it was around $15! I’ll also update when I know how my skin tolerates it😊
