Seems like this guy was asking for trouble, we've seen this 100 times, people don't like to be filmed randomly because it's just weird. Why would you be standing out there with a tripod just filming people going about their day? I'm not saying that she should've drawn a gun on him but dude get the hell out of there and stop filming people for no reason.
