I worked at Sephora as a licensed aesthetician and had a 16 yr old girl whose skin would burn from EVERYTHING, even water. As I was telling her to look into a dermatologist a brand rep from Dr. Dennis Gross came over and made her try on products, I told her not to but the rep did it anyways and the girl left crying bc she was in so much pain. I never put in a complaint on behalf of a client so fast.

This was happening to me so I put Vaseline all over my face overnight and it was ten times better in the morning and my moisturizer wasn’t burning anymore
