@travisambrosecoach: There are 5 things to consider: Ask yourself why you want to reconnect Ask them why they want to Know your limits of what you will tolerate Are they taking ownership for their actions and its impact on you? Are you taking ownership for your actions and their impact on them? This is the absolute minimum if you hope something might be different this time If you want a clear, objective assessment of whether this relationship is actually aligned and whether reconnecting is wise based on the health of the relationship, or if it’s just familiar… Grab the Relationship Ambivalence Diagnostic (a $27 self-guided clarity tool — link in bio) ✨ No more guesswork. Rooting for you 💗
Best choice is to stay in no contact and preserve your dignity and self respect.
