Massage and stretching seems to help relax those muscle in return will relax those nerves. Sciatica is do feel is a muscle and nerve issue.

yes this is correct, but my nerve is surrounded by scar tissue which takes away the ability to stretch it is also pinched by the disk in 2 places an can only be fixed by fiscal correction
