I’m an instructor and If they’re quiet in the corner and come with their handler (gf) I don’t mind! I also make their workout extra hard so they’re fighting for their life the whole class😂🤍

I think girl only work out classes are a great idea. Idgaf as a man if it’s girls only - I don’t want to go and intrude. Can also add “bring your boyfriend” classes which can be fun - I’ve seen places do that
