Honestly, I don’t understand why people get so outraged about theft from massive corporations. These companies do not care about their employees as individuals to them, you are a replaceable number on a spreadsheet. They routinely prioritize profit over people, cut jobs to boost stock prices, and pay workers as little as they can get away with. Meanwhile, they carry extensive insurance policies and generate enormous revenue, often absorbing losses as a routine cost of doing business.
