@brittydcook: RECIPE ⬇️ you NEED to try these yakitori skewers from The Apothecary Diaries It’s so simple - 3 deboned skin on chicken thighs cut into 1-2” chunks - 1 cup soy sauce - 1 cup water - 1/2 cup mirin - 1/3 cup sake - 1/4 cup sugar - add a skin on chicken thigh and let this cook down about half to be brushed on during grilling. Let grill on skewers turning often and periodically spraying with sake if you want to be super legit until a rich reddish brown and at least 175F since it’s chicken thighs not breasts. Ok hear me out I ADORE mao mao and apothecary diaries but alex le absolutely DESTROYED his role solo leveling is top tier as well as AD but it made a big impact me and im more of a romance girly not really into action at all but jinwoo had me kicking my feet in excitement.
