Ah the tik tok detailers , I do what the customer pays for plain and simple. I give them my opinion but customer always gets what they pay for plan and simple.

No work with the customer. It’s not lowering your prices it’s building a package that fits your customers needs. To many detailers don’t know how to do this because they don’t know how to sell their services.

I listen to customers but I do set expectations first. It's not about the price but the results the customers wants. The likelihood of the budget reaching the results is important. If a customer has a large SUV and wants a ceramic coating for $200 then that's not likely going to happen.

We always deliver high quality, that's our thing. if the customer only want a 1 step for €400,- we send them to the big clean centers who deliver quality for €400,- otherwise we don't do what our passion and business culture is.

work with customers want. in Singapore we have the 10yrs COE. maybe the car left few mths, no point doing ceramic coating, can do wax instead. there no perfection or 100% in detailing.
