Cass! I got a lesson the other day which was just this. I can’t change the past so stop with the “what if’s”. I can’t predict the future so stop worrying about what will be. All I can do is stay present in the moment and take it in. A couple of days have passed since me getting this lesson and it’s a work in progress because I am human and my human brain does wonder. When I recognized my human mind taking me to places that I can’t change or have no control over, I acknowledged the thought(s) and say okay thanks for that but I’m choosing to focus on the now and I let if go. 💚☺️

so true .. I also recently learned via meditation the brain 🧠 n body are just vessels... we are 1 consciousness... from fish 🐠🐟 to frogs to us... we hafta take care of each other
