When I was in trades I painted my stuff hot pink, drill bits, augers, everything, cordless stuff got engraved, but any bits got pink, nobody took my shit again 🤣

I was on a 14 story building for construction, I bought pink tools, and 3 times I had guys bring me my tape measure I forgot somewhere on site 😂 they would be like "I think this is yours" lol out of 300 people on site

should write in the drawer under where the boxed tools live what belongs there so if you end up taking multiple boxes out you don't have to play tetris every time

When I was doing industrial maintenance I was the same way but instead of paint I engraved my most used and good tools. That's even harder for people to remove with out it being obvious.

I engrave it twice with all 4 of my initials one where you can see it and one as hidden as I can get it so if someone tried to grind down my engraving I can find the hidden one

I wasn't a fan of the pinned board until you opened the screwdriver drawer and that looks much cleaner than any divider system I've seen. all my other hand tools have great organizers but screwdriver organizers sucks imo.
