I watched a lot of the stuff from both sides actually. kingsman was aware of the team comp the entire time before he got drafted. he voiced his concern, the team disagreed but said they didn't mind switching/trip support if needed. they were just practicing in scrims which BW got mvp during one of the games. instead of Kingsman communicating in a way that promoted playing together regardless, he kept complaining and speaking in a tone the entire time that made everyone feel weird and underperform from his bad attitude and snarky comments over the course of 5 days before getting kicked. it's completely his fault and it shows a lack of critical thinking in all of you tbh. and kingsman saying on stream he doesnt want to do a face reveal because he'd have to drop out of college is mad weird.
