When I saw the original video, the first thing I thought is "yeah, two shots of tequila will make you feel less bad.. because you're a bit drunk" It doesn't "dissolve" gluten, or whatever.

Having celiac isn’t just a tummy issue, it also causes inflammation in your joints. That’s what bothers me the most, the inflammation in my body for weeks. And nothing helps get rid of that, you just have to wait it out.
