im an Airbus pilot. In normal circumstances you wouldn't flare any earlier than 30ft so the theres nothing wrong with the timing. However you can hear from the RAD ALT that the vertical speed is a bit higher than usual so the descent was steeper. You can see from the touchdown markers that theyre a bit low too.

Well if you look close to the vertical horizon it seems like he started to flare, but something push the nose down very quickly, btw it’s amazing the reaction time of the captain
