I was 2.5 cm at 36 weeks dilated on a Monday had my first baby that Friday early morning. BUT second baby I was a 3 at 36 almost 37 weeks but stayed there for over a week with early laboring pains till 38 week appt dr swept my membranes because I was so uncomfy - had baby 8 hours later after my sweep.

Went into my 38 week appt 0cm dilated 60% effaced on a Friday (no membrane sweep) lost my mucus plug and water broke around midnight that Sunday. contractions came FAST but when I went in he was only 2cm dilated so it was a longgg labor 😭
