BOIL IT!!! and store it in the fridge and spray it on. Putting it straight into the shampoo like that will grow mold and cause way more issues.

Boil Rosemary in a small pot of water, let it cool, keep it in the fridge. Spray a couple times a week & let it sit. No rinse!!!
