It isn’t sold because the price is too high and it’s too outdated and you’d have to pour a lot of money into it to get it to where it needs to be. Nobody wants to do that.

Not a terrible house really. A few updates and it will be okay but the 440 price is insane. That house was probably 65k when new. Sure it’s gone up but not that much. Plenty of driveway cracks to remind you it’s older
