I doubt they could take the food to the real recipients if she had called though. I know in a restaurant, once the food touches the table you can't give it to the right table even if all you did was sit it on the end of the table for a second. I have had food delivered to me by mistake twice. One time it had the address visible so I took it to them but the other time it didn't so I left it outside for 30 minutes to see if someone would grab it then fed the meat to my dogs since it was cold.

nope this is a lie, if they call DoorDash if she did anyway The only thing DoorDash would have told her is you got some free food it's happened to me because I can't take it back it's cross-contaminated

Why is it her responsibility? Maybe the delivery driver should’ve delivered it to the right house. My Ring app constantly sends alerts about deliveries being dropped off at the wrong house. It’s not her fault!

This has happened to me a couple of times so I put the address in my GPS and delivered the food to the person. I did not report it because I didn't want to get the driver fired it happened during the COVID LOCK DOWNLOAD. And people make mistakes.
