Ural was a lifesaver for me with both kiddies! I had BIIIIIIG babies and I took Ural as soon as they were out and every 4 hours ahahah helped a lot and didn’t sting at all after! Also, Voltaren and Panadol are a god send!! That’s my only advice that I’ll forever stick by!

You will need your mum for the 2 weeks. I declined my mums off to come and stay with my first because I thought I was fine to do it on my own and boy did i regret that. She 💯 was there when I had my 2nd. My 3rd I had my mother in law so both had the chance to experience it.
