Perhaps means pivoting is a good visual cue but more power must come from foot digging and pushing (twisting too but not too much) into ground, legs stable, hips and torso twisting. all these together will add up power. twisting lead foot too much/loosely/without intent for torque is not ideal.

this is also incorrect because your on the toes of your feet with both legs. your back heel should be on the ground and your toes should be up on your front foot.
