It opens with a lovely soft grapefruit. Quickly the beautiful rich rose and slightly green geranium come through all warmed up by some saffron. The key player for Sahraa for me however is the black pepper, its deep and adds an exotic spicy edge. This one is all about black pepper, rose and clean oud. It is a seemless blend that smells incredibly refined. It lasts for a really long time but never feels overbearing, nor does it fill up rooms because it doesn’t need to.
