i dislocated my knee and had problems with my mcl/pcl but if you’re going to london (i literally did the same after my knee LOL) or just in general i REALLY reccomend one of those fabric knee braces from boots if you aren’t already wearing one it stops you walking funny and helped my swelling :))

I partly torn my acl twice in 2 years from skiing and had to be taken back home early, so some would say I’m a pro. My advice is ice and elevate it as much as possible also ibuprofen helped. If your struggling to bend your knee as well then when your lying on your bed like manually bend it as if you need surgery they won’t do it till you have mobility in the knee. See a physio asap as well cause that will help with the pain and get you off the crutches quicker. If you want any more tips lmk xx

Was on crutches at uni back in November was horrible but did it and was in London on crutches. You’ll be fine

girl I've had knee issues since playing capture the flag in pe in 2018 (!) I know the pain (literally too)
