OK, well let me break this down for law-enforcement. Someone can dive an asthma attack now it doesn't give them a right to travel that fast but the first thing you should do is get to the hospital if you want to write him a ticket. Write him a ticket after you get him to the hospital better an officer that would do this while somebody that is panicking in this situation. Yes, their daughter and people yes people die from asthma attack. Get him to the hospital escort him drive him then write him a ticket that's OK but to hold him up I would probably see you in court and considering my wife is a doctor. We have good lawyers. It would probably be a very bad day for this cop because there are exceptions and I met plenty of judges that know this shame on this guy for holding this guy up. It's not about breaking the law. It's about doing the right thing, you can still hold him accountable and help him out.
