You mentioned in your comment midnight ballerina dancers. I wrote a song called Midnight Ballerina, and it's in my profile, CJM Productions, as I write and make music. I used to attend award ceremonies before the pandemic started which were called the Paul Raymond Awards; anyone in the industry that you are referring to would know exactly what that is. I've been looking at quite a lot of your posts and I'm not unfamiliar with the industry you are in. Yes, it would take another person to deal with the production side of your work. As I write and make music, I also have to deal with the post-production and editing side of it, like videos. You obviously have a daughter and are juggling everything, including moving between properties. I used to be in a relationship where the woman had two businesses, and I created the webpage and all the app links for them. That was before the pandemic and before AI came along to make the work a bit less manual, but it still takes a lot of manual input. x

Men run most industries because they get shit done. Women tend to talk about getting shit done. Apparently women feel like they’ve achieved something if they sit down in a group and talk about it getting something done. Whereas men have to get the actual task done to be content.
