Instead of trying consciously to force yourself to move better, try these three exercises and notice what naturally happens to your movement afterward. Step 1. Walk around. Bend forward. Squat. Just move around to gain a sense of what movement feels like for you. Step 2. Try 40 arm circles forward, 40 arm circles backward, and 25 shoulder blade glides. Step 3.
