تاحالا با قارچ کتلت درست کردی؟ ✅️ مواد لازم سیب زمینی ۲ًعدد قارچ ۵۰۰ گرم سیر ۲ حبه پیاز ۲ عدد نمک ۱ ق چ فلفل سیاه نصف ق چ زردچوبه ۱ ق چ روغن به مقدار لازم ✅️ نکات : پیازهای نگینی شده رو داخل تابه تفت میدیم تا طلایی بشن و بهش سیر له شده اضافه میکنیم قارچ هارو خرد میکنیم و داخل دستگاه غذاساز پوره میکنیم و به پیازها اضافه و تفت میدیم وقتی آب قارچ ها کشیده شد بهش ادویه اضافه میکنیم سیب زمینی هارو پوره میکنیم و ترکیب قارچ رو بهش اضافه و خوب مخلوط میکنیم با دست بهش شکل میدیم و داخل پودر سوخاری میزنیم و توی روغن داغ هر دو طرفش رو سرخ میکنیم #کتلت_قارچ #کتلت #کوکو_قارچ #کتلت_خونگی #کوکو_قارچ
