If it’s freshly done (2weeks-1m) Just don’t wear makeup around the area and leave it alone it will go away. At least that’s what I did

That’s not a keloid, that’s a piercing bump, a keloid cannot be removed with oil and needs to be removed surgically. I know because I actually DO keloid easily and need gold jewelry.
