A few companies make bottles that are made to mimic the boob. I would recommend those then the next issue is temperature. If she’s always nursed the temperature being even slightly too cold might’ve caused the aversion to the bottle.

I just went thru this with my velcro baby. I feel you 10000% Definitely use a "special" replacement cup. Use bandaids or pasties to cover your nip-pies. Change your bra every day, wear a sports bra to bed so there's no 'easy access'. it will be hard but you can do it! It took 4-5 days with my son but we made it.

It took me a few tries! The problem wasn't my baby the problem was MEEE every time I tried it broke my heart I felt like I had to do it and felt guilty if I stopped for a day or 2 and then I would stick her right back but I forced myself to stop. The reason I wanted to stop was because I didn't want to be stuck (if it makes any sense), I still want the freedom to be able to have some my "me time" and go out with my sister here and there and basically want my girls to not be to attached to me to much. I'm with my girls 24/7 but the thought of being able to leave them with my parents for an 1 or 3 and them not overeatingcrying makes me feel more at ease.

Good luck momma, if you have a family member like gma you can leave her with for a day or 2 days, do that. It’s what helped me stop cold turkey. My suegra is the most patient gma ever and did this with me both times
