Cook the coconut cream Scoop the cream into a saucepan and cook over low heat. ⚠️ Do not stir. 6. Oil separation As it heats, the water evaporates, the solids turn golden, and the coconut oil separates naturally. 7. Final straining Remove from heat and strain to separate the oil from the solids. 8.
