This is also the only thing that I agree with because I only have two sons and the endings of their names are exactly the same. If I were to have a third son, I couldn’t change it. I would feel bad. They both end in RICK I could never make a third boy something like Tom or Matt.

From a medical records standpoint, naming the twins with the same intial is problematic. They now have two children with the same birth date and they are both J Duggar. Those medical charts will get mixed up at some point.

My parents had two kids both of our names start with A. I don’t see anything wrong with using one letter. My ex in laws also used J names for their two boys and A names for their girls.
