Years ago I lost 100 lbs and only went down 2 pants sizes and 1 shirt size. To me 100 lbs lost seemed like someone would go from like a 16 to a 4, but I was wrong

I lost 50 pounds and only went from a 16 to a 14. Lost another 10 pounds and had to go buy size 8. Keep going friend! You’re body will catch up

plus sizes have a 4 inch difference as compared to straight sizes which have a 2 inch difference so! if you were to use straight size metrics you did go down a size we just expect fat people to wear ill fitting clothing :)

I wore the same size from 350-250. A size 22/24. Then one day I woke up still at 250lbs and decided to try new pants and now I wear 16/18. 😂
