We did this the food was 350$ and I paid my niece $200. To set up for 100 people. (It was totally off the cuff and she set up with her 8 month old in a front pack) it was a huge hit.

People who don’t understand how a business works it’s wild. Firsts probably 500-750 in food cost. Then the platters and decor. If this setup was for 55-65 people that’s only about 30-35 per person. That’s great.
