I haven’t noticed any rashes on me. I know when I used to be a nurse patients would get rashes but way later in the disease process like end stage.

I wish I had an answer for you. My Mom had Alzheimer’s which also runs high in our family. She never mentioned a rash.

If you've had chicken pox in the past ot could be shingles. It can be bought on by stress which given your current situation could make sense.

Do keep an eye on it in case it is becoming infected. Cellulitis can develop and get pretty serious in a matter of hours.

TMI coming….i have genital herpes and I get exactly what you are describing in that exact place when I get overly stressed or run down. I have a chronic lung condition so they are coming more often.
