Wish you all the best! I love working on mine (when I have the time haha). If research ever takes you to the Netherlands, the archives here are pretty amazing at digitising records (I traced my paternal side back to 1592 with digitised records only). A good starting point is the website wiewaswie.nl Germany (my maternal side) not so much unfortunately haha.
