I’m trying to figure out where this located what state, because in the comments people saying garnish his pay well you can’t garnish somebody to pay for damage to a vehicle the only thing they’re going to garnish your pay for if you owe the IRS. Both guys will be in trouble especially the Tow truck driver if it becomes a confrontation you must leave the car and pick it up at a later date. This was reckless and dangerous amount of tow truck will be responsible for the vehicles that’s in the parking lot.

When somebody is in the vehicle by law in the state of North Carolina, you cannot hook your tow truck to it and pick it up in the air that puts the tow truck company at fault and liable for lawsuit
