16 things I did to lose 75 pounds naturally & stay consistent 🤍✨ 1. Intermittent fasting (12pm–8pm eating window)     Before 12pm, I drank water. After 8pm, I drank water. If I got really hungry, I reached for fruits, protein, or natural foods like watermelon or bananas. 2. Sticking to a healthy meal plan     My first meal was usually oatmeal.     My second meal was protein, veggies, fiber & healthy fats — mainly beef/chicken steak with lettuce, sweet potatoes & avocado.     For dinner, I either ate fruits or repeated my first or second meal. 3. Strength training daily     I did 10–15 minutes of strength training daily, and it helped me avoid loose skin during my weight loss journey. 4. Meal prepping     I meal prepped all my meals for 3–5 days ahead so I could stay consistent. 5. Adding cardio later     I started cardio after my first month and did 30–60 minutes daily — but I had already started losing weight before cardio. 6. Drinking LOTS of water 7. Taking care of my skin during the process 8. Avoiding sugar & oily foods 9. Air frying most of my meals 10. Keeping my journey private until I reached my goal 11. Showing up even when I wasn’t motivated 12. Following people who inspired me 13. Blocking food content/noise online 14. Buying only healthy groceries 15. Learning to say NO to temptations 16.
