I’ll definitely be adjusting my warm up routine. Thank you! My quads are always extremely sore/tight for the first few miles…am I not warming up enough or could it just be my stride/gait?

how about tightness in hamstring... after any runs. already do all above u suggest plus roller on hamstring but still stays 12-24hrs after .
