So what’s our plan for this townhouse that we own? We have been going back and forth on what to do, rent it out or sell it. There are pros and cons to each. The pro for selling is that we could use the money to put in additional 5% down on our home, which would bring us to 20% total and a very low monthly mortgage on the new one! The cons would be if we sold it at the one year mark it’s a tax penalty and also, it’s a great investment property we’d be passing up. On the other hand, the pro of renting it out is that, as said above, it’s a great investment property! However, the cons are we’ve never rented before so it might not be something we enjoy and then also, it’s an added financial liability! So our plan right now is to list it and if no one bites, we will take that as a closed door from the Lord and rent it out. We will see what happens 🙏

Congratulations! I can not wait to be in this position after paying off debt! Also, I would highly recommend spraying a mold and mildew remover on your outdoor furniture cushions. Even though the surface looks clean, the mold is down in the inside and very dangerous to your health 🖤
