Myofunctjonal therapy helped my daughter so much! She was diagnosed with sleep apnea at 2yrs old. Therapy plus a myobrace or something similar to widen the pallet.

Wow. 4 yrs is so sad for the baby. I had to advocate as well. I’m going through the same thing right now with my one year old. They kept saying it was allergies 😒 we just a sleep study this morning and he definitely has sleep apnea. Next stop is surgery. Praying all is well for you and your little one.

My daughter got her tonsils and Adenoids removed when she was 2 and her sleep apnea just came back at age 6 😭

My little one snores like this every night he is only 4 I also have to keep him propped up because if he is lay flat he constantly had a stuffy nose and can’t breath, do you know if the stuffy nose is also a symptom?

Niecey I feel for you and Juiceman. Yall have been through so much in his life. Praying he gets better. I am surprised they haven't put him in a cpap or whatever the sleep mask is called.

My 4 yr old has the same exact type of pauses, takes a super deep breath then holds it for way too long then sighs it out. It makes me so nervous, he has no snoring at all though but they still want to take out his tonsils this month for it!

My 8year old is like this he breaths thru his mouth. I hardly sleep went to his ENT doctor said is just allergies, which he takes Zyrtec one daily but still the same talked to a different doctor and said to tape his mouth, no dairy, so I’m in this road and I feel so lost and I’m failing him because I just want to sleep good and wake up refresh please any advice thank his mama needs advice also ENT said tonsils are not even big so he is not performing a surgery

Lay him on his side it’s a little better. Currently going through this with my 6 year old getting his surgery to have his tonsils and adenoids removed in March
